China has decided to end "crazy" spending to buy foreign players.

The Chinese Football Federation has compiled a rule that if the clubs of the two main categories of football will spend more than 6 million euros for a foreign player then they will have to pay a tax they will have Of the same value, which means that the player will cost 12 million euros.

Always according to this rule, the revenue to be accumulated will go to invest in the Chinese football academy in order to form as many domestic players as possible.

Only in 2016, the Chinese Super League spent 400m euros on foreign players, a figure that would be much higher if the new rule would be applied. Thus, the new Oscar would cost Shanghai 140 million euros, 70 million for the $ 70 million card that would go to the state in the form of taxes.

It is not the first time that the Chinese football government takes measures to minimize "crazy" spending on the market. Thus, in January, it was decided that the clubs will only be activated by three foreign players, while they are obliged to allocate 15% of their income to invest in chain teams. Likewise, clubs are obliged to have in the first team two U-23 players, one of whom activated them in the base line.

But these rules did not turn out to be enough, so the Chinese Football Federation was forced to impose this new rule. Now, nothing else is to be seen to be the effect he will have on the transfer market.
